Exceptional customer service! From retail parts counter, to service dept, to courtesy driver! All were knowledgeable, kind, and quick. The text messaging feature was so helpful while I was at work. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership! I’ve been there once for an oil change and I don’t know anyone who works there so this comment is 100% objective. When I got in my car it had the strong stench of cigarette. It took my breath away it was so strong. I was able to clear it out with my windows down on the highway but not thrilled about it.

We'll over priced. They really took advantage of a young person. Adding extra parts that may or may not have been needed, using price increases as a scare tactic. The lot was empty of cars so I would assume they are trying to make up their profit margins by inflated service costs. Went in for a 144.00 AC service, left with 971.00 bill. We are filing complaint with Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. Jack O Diamonds needs to be called out on their exaggerated pricing.
