I bought my car from jack o diamonds 8 years ago. Every time i come in for service my car is the only one that doesnt get the free car wash. Its only been washed like 3 times when i come in for oil changes and repair work. All the other cars sitting next to it are all dripping wet. I even showed this to my daughter this morning standing next to a service receptionist. And nothing. What does somebody have to do to be treated like everybody else?

She has amazing customer service skills and was very accommodating when I told her I needed recall work completed on my car this week as I am moving out of state over the weekend.
