1) I shouldn't need to tell you which package I bought in the vehicle. It should be part of your service process to loom up what I've got included.
2) If I bring my car in, I want a loaner vehicle. Always. I shouldn't need to ask.
I currently live outside of Dallas but I still come back to Jack O’Diamond Honda for all my service on my CR-V as well as new vehicles when I’m ready to trade in.
