Got grease inside vehicle. Left a panel not completely secured. My appointment was at 11am was told it would be 1-2 hrs. Vehicle didn't even leave service drive for an hr. Then wasn't completed for 2hrs. Was handed a quote on other repairs not related to my repair that where just done by Hall chevrolet of canton. Don't know why I even made an appointment if yall can't even stick to it.

Customer service in service center was unacceptable. Daughter brought car in with a noise due to oil filter not tighten after her last oil and was turned away. She wasn't even offered a rental car.
