I’m just very disappointed that I have an expensive extended Honda care warranty and it didn’t pay a penny for a problem that the Honda corporation knows about. I’m sure the fine print covers you guys etc. Good for honda. I guess my next car will be a different brand.

Peighton always takes great care of our and our vehicles. It’s always an efficient in/out. For reasons completely out of her control my MKZ was in the shop for a bit longer than originally estimated. She kept me updated on progress the entire time. She was professional and sincere about the delay. Plus I also got a really nice, over-the-top loaner.
