When we got there at 12:50, we were told that there were “a couple” of people ahead of us. We did not get the car back until 2:30. We were the only ones left in the waiting room by 2, so it’s hard to understand even if the car was started right then why it would take 30 min for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also, $80 for an oil change and tire rotation is a little steep.
