My reason for taking my vehicles there is I feel comfortable knowing that someone who knows the vehicle is doing the work rather than someone may not know too much about my Ridgeline or my CRV, thank you for asking.

Received the car back with non working outside temperature sensor. Was told there was a broken wire but was working with the wrong temp before drop off. Not sure how that happens.

The service department failed to properly take care of the situation. It took me having to explain my issue to Trent (Salesman) and him speaking to upper management to get the issue resolved. Thankfully he is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service or else I would be still with a none functioning vehicle.
