Very satisfied with the service performed today. Disappointed to find out Acura's Premium Package specs are false and misleading, not even the sales and service personnel don't know about.

Very helpful and quick service
This is not about the service of my vehicle as it is the shameful treatment of a customers vehicle afterwards. I paid for a $70.00 exterior detail job the same morning of my appointment with you. After the service my vehicle was parked under a tree and had bird **** in several spots, tree leaves and debris from a rainshower. Although one can’t do anything about the weather why would you park cars under trees. My car was a mess. I don’t appreciate that. That’s not how I left my vehicle to you. Shame on this dealership. Nothing luxury about this brand or establishment.

I pulled in late Wednesday afternoon—with no appointment—after my dashboard lit up with multiple warnings lights. Robert got me checked in and found me a loaner car so I could keep my South Coast resort and Spa reservation. DCH Acura in Temecula takes good care of me and my vehicle, but Robert went above and beyond that day. Thank you!
