The service dept at DCH Acura is top notch, especially Roberto Dominguez! He goes out of his way to exceed expectations, he is very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a dead battery that morning and was very stressed because I was due at work. I came to the dealership and Roberto helped me out with a smile. Thank you so much for a job well done and easing my stress.
The car has been taken to the dealer twice now after having been told the issue was resolved. The issue is still present and ontop of the initial issue now the trunk won’t open. I realize this isn’t the fault of staff but Acura needs to make this right and buy back this lemon and pay back the payments made to date.
