Upon having our RDXs’ transmission fluid cooler being replaced. Fluid was continuing to drop in our garage and driveway. Upon looking under the vehicle it was obvious that either there was still a leak or the mechanic never cleaned and removed the build up of fluid in the cars chassis and protective pan under the engine. We brought the car back to have checked and the later issue was the problem. The vehicle should have never been returned to us without being cleaned of all the built up fluid underneath.
Robert was great, he made the check in and check out experience very easy and I will bring my acura back to DCH for all future check ups.
