Roberto has been my service advisor the last two times I brought my vehicle in and I always receive great customer service from him. He immediately made calls to check on the availability of required parts, and had my vehicle taken in, serviced professionally, and back to me in less than one hour. I was able to wait comfortably in their well-appointed waiting room. I only anticipated a rough estimate for the work as I did not have an appointment, but Mr. Dominguez went the extra mile, gave me a reasonable estimate, and had the job professionally completed with a one year warranty while I waited.
