Reported two issues - new clicking sound from under the hood and, most concerning, is two separate occasions of the emergency brake engaging itself while at a stoplight. After a visual inspection, a drive, and a call to Honda USA, car was returned four hours later. Appreciated my service advisors offer to commute home in my car to attempt to recreate the problem. My dissatisfaction is not with DCH Acura, but the Honda maintenance procedure which requires a tech to be able to recreate an irregular problem before anything beyond cursory checks can be done, is frustrating… particularly for a report of a safety problem.

I thought his name was something..pek?? Either way, the 2 guys who assisted me thus far are awesome!! Super knowledgeable, efficient, and more importantly in my opinion, they were friendly. I legit am SO glad I chose there to go. I had options through my warranty company. Thank you????
