4/5 service was fast and they will informed you by text with video link about your car progress. But the only thing that they forgot is the tire that I was telling them. The tire was installed wrongly by America’s Tire and wanting the tire back to its normal ( the tire side was facing the inside rather the outside treads ) but all in all service is perfect… Robert did inform me all the details of the service… Friendly staff as well.

Chad is so caring and sympathetic when it comes to concerns with my vehicle’s maintenance. He doesn’t push to sell services, and just highly recommends with explanation. Not like some places where they push for extra services for the day and not even explain what those services do or mean. Even though their prices are a little bit more pricey than other auto shops, I love paying extra for their great customer service everytime I take my Acura in. They don’t make you feel like you’re a bad owner by refusing the extra service you weren’t there to do initially.
