Brad was wonderful to work with. As soon as I drove into the service line he was there to help out immediately. I told him my issue with my MDX and he responded positively right away. He told me not to worry about a thing and that everything would be taken care of. I also spoke to him about a small issue with my other vehicle and he told me to bring it and no problem. My wife drove the car in the same day, he met her in the parking lot and replaced the wiper right on the spot, with no questions asked. Overall my expectations were greatly exceeded.
After an initial rough start with wrong part being ordered, Brad helped remedy the situation. He was very courteous and professional.
