Bradley Eull was very helpful, I am extremely satisfied with how well he took care of me and listened to my needs. He so far has met my expectations beyond comparison. However the mechanics there, I feel are not addressing my concerns. My car still shifts really hard. And as a previous Acura owner and recent loaner vehicle experience. I am with out a doubt, believe that there is a problem with my transmission that needs be addressed and fixed. But keep being told "that's just how the car shifts" I don't believe Acura would ever make a car in such poor taste, that's why I chose Acura over any other name. Because of the performance of Acuras cars.

Initially my husband dropped my car off. There was some discrepancy with the oil for life plan we purchased. When I went to pick up my car, the sales guy was very friendly and the oil was changed. We appreciated that and the service we received. We just wish it would have been thoroughly explained to us upon purchase.
Other than that, very satisfied.

Be in & out for having an appointment set. Also, upon receiving my
Vehicle with a complimentary wash, my plastic grill has what looks to be degreaser stains & my wheel wells weren’t even sprayed with the pressure washer. Was told by brad that it’s not included in the complimentary wash. I’m a detailed at Dodge & we would never send a car with a complentarynwash with dirty wheel walls or door jams. Supposed to be professionals, I am very disappointed.
It was all good. Brad did a great job!!
