K is the reason I come to DCH Acura with all my cars... there is no finer a service writer ever. Constantly keeps me informed of possible problem spots should they arise while car tech is servicing the car. No surprises... that’s what I’ve come to expect from K. He’s the reason my cars are serviced at DCH Acura... period.
