They respond right away, my only problem is that I wish they checked the batteries and alternator in January of this year when we took. To them to replace the battery. If they would have checked the car properly they would have known that the alternator is messed up

Chad was extremely helpful today with the service on my Acura. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing more than I needed and the service was fast. I was slightly disappointed my car didn't get washed but I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and sometimes certain things aren't feasible. Thank you Acura and Chad for everything!
