Hundred percent satisfied. Chad and Kay are incredible advisors. On the way to visit my dad who had an accident and was near death into ICU and my transmission emergency light came on. I called Acura to find Chad. Told him my situation and and they treated me like a vip- had the paperwork ready and rental car and they were fantastic. Kay had it ready, patiently followed up with me and had a very pleasant exchange. Although it cost a ton- I’m grateful for their gentle care & service. These guys make Acura look good! A+ service. Thanks guys

Took much longer for the car service to be completed, wasting my time. The excuse was that they were waiting for parts (oil and air filter). Isn't Toyota right next door?
