Great customer service, however the car service itself took MUCH longer than expected and the timeframe quoted. Literally double what was quoted, ultimately making me late for further appointments in the day.

In all the times my cars have been serviced there, I have never picked up my car without it being washed!! After a few weeks there, it was filthy!! For $1900 I expected the same great service I have always gotten from Chad.
