I went in and took my 2002 RL for a open recall on an air bag inflator. Robert was nice enough to put me in a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was done. Everything was great up until I picked up my car and my vehicle would not start. I then later realized that there was something missing from my key. That thing was the chip that is needed to start the vehicle. I let Robert and staff know about the key missing a essential component. Furthermore Robert use scotch tape to put that chip back in place after one of the staff found a chip in the lobby underneath the footboard of the cabinet. Clearly the individual responsible for turning back my keys dropped the key and lost the chip along with the plastic cap that kept the chip enclosed. I asked them to replace the key, but I was giving an excuse on why they couldn’t. They said because it was an aftermarket key that they could not do anything for me. All I wanted was to get my key back in the same condition I left it with them. I gave them several days to reach back to me before I decided to write this review. Clearly they don’t have a concern to make things right.
