During replacement of my car battery, tech did a complete car inspection. During inspection, they turned on windshield wipers for testing and sprayed washerfluid. The washer fluid on windshield was not wiped off and fluid also sprayed all over passenger side window, sunroof window, trunk & top of rear spoiler, leaving hard white water spots & stans on windows and paint. My cars paint is black so when washer fluid was not wiped off, it dried up and is more noticable on black paint. I will now have a hard time trying to wash off white washer fluid stains & hope I dont scratch the black paint in any way. I will likely have to wax/polish trunk & spoiler to get hard spots off. I'm not happy the washer fluid was left to dry on windows and paint. During my order write up I asked if car would be washed they said no. I replied good as I just spent $25.00 getting my car washed the past weekend...so there went my $25.00 wasted now that my windows, trunk & spoiler are hard water spot stained and I now have to get my car washed again spending more money to do so. Although I appreciate the thorough inspection being done, techs need to be more careful and inspect entire body of car for accidental mishaps and address what occurred to fix it. The team was ready upon my arrival time, communication between my repair coordinator went seamlessly and my car was repaired in the time previously stated. Therefore, as far as customer service goes, my experience was perfect.
Every time I get my car serviced it seems to run better than when I bought it.
