Above and beyond. Although I live in San Diego area, I purchased the car at DCH and make a point to schedule service at DCH when I am going back and forth on the 15 because the service personnel are excellent. Robert provided exceptional service.

The actual service was fine but, did the Service Manager “Chad” was wearing his mask only covering his mouth. When I returned to pickup my car, the Service Manager was still wearing mask only covering mouth. But the worst was the Cashier working without mask sitting in the center of the show room. Dangerous health hazard at Temecula Acura.
