Due to lack of communication I went down twice on Sunday to pick up my car. I was informed Acura opened at nine when it really opened at 10 so I made two trips Sunday morning. My car was locked up in the service bay and the sales person was not very helpful in finding out what was happening. They kind of brushed it off as if well I don’t have the key and it is what it is. Took time off of work Monday morning without pay to pick up my car and found out the tires were on order. Never got a message on my phone although Robert had told me he left it. Don’t know what happened. Robert was helpful but I was very disappointed with the sales people.
Chad was so helpful, informative and friendly. Made it easy for me to trust you guys and keep coming back.

Robert was helpful from beginning to end on the repairs for my car and in between when there were questions on going further with some repairs and possible new issues; he kept in constant communication with me, which I really appreciated! I always take my car back to the Acura dealership for all the work that is done on my Acura MDX, because I feel that this is where my vehicle will be well-cared for by the people who know it best. My 2016 Acura MDX and I have always been well-cared for at the Temecula Acura Dealership!
