In addition, even thru the difficulty this global farce pandemic has caused, the Brian Harris team was able to get me a prompt appointment and was able to repair my vehicle in an acceptable time frame.

Representative failed to Inform me when to pick up car. Service took a week without allowing us to have a loaner car.
