First time using Brian Harris PORSCHE for my service needs after leaving New Orleans PORSCHE. It is well worth the 50 mile added drive over the closer New Orleans dealership, as the entire staff is friendly and accommodating, professional, and it is apparent that they care about the PORSCHE brand and it’s customers. Will definitely be switching all of my dealership interactions to this facility.

Shortcoming was the 3-4 week delay in diagnosing and beginning work on repairs—apparently due to shortage of shop techs
