Tricia Tucker did an excellent job keeping me informed on needed maintenance and progress made on repairs, to my 2011 Cayenne Turbo. I felt well informed with respect to what Brian Harris Porsche was attempting to accomplish even though I'd never set foot on their premises and remained in another city while repairs were underway. It was very nice to place a face with a name after the numerous communications we had while repairs were underway. Thank you, Brian Harris Porsche and Tricia.
I never spoke to her in regards to the service that I received.
Her and I spoke about another matter that had nothing to do with the service I received.
And we didn't agree on anything that we spoke about.
I had to speak to a manager about that subject.
My experience was very inconveniencing. And my car was poorly cleaned if it was cleaned at all.
