Theresa went out of her way to assist me with the recent problems that I was experiencing with my Cayenne and provided me with constant updates on the progress of the repairs and service. She is a credit to your dealership and Porsche. As one of the owners of a business group with several thousand employees, I understand the value of competent employees and the importance of retaining them if at all possible. I don’t know what you are paying Theresa, but I suggest that you would be wise to give her a raise.

I have taken my car there twice when a notification light was on and neither time did they find the cause Niw they want me to drive another 2 hours and leave my car to “start tearing down” my coolant system to see why the light is on even though it doesn’t over heat

Ms Junban is not the reason I'm not satisfied. Chris, the service manager, was rude,insulting, and less than helpful. It's by far the worst experience I've ever had when dealing with a service manager.
