Advisors should be more familiar with the customer and the warranties/ protection packages the customer has purchased. For example, if I have purchased the wheel protection plan through the dealership and a tire requires replacement, then I should have to explain that I have the coverage to the associate.

I purchased my Cayenne in 2015 from your dealership. I know live in Nashville, TN and was driving through LA when I started having problems with my A/C. By sheer coincidence, I happened to be in Baton Rouge when it started. I went to the dealership and the service Dept got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I was so grateful.
