Service staff rude, preoccupied and not only not paying attention to question or questions being asked, but had to repeat ourselves multiple times as they were not listening. Quite honestly some of the worst service I’ve experienced probably ever. Once the car was sold, it seems the service falls flat. Disappointing that such an expensive purchase leads to less than mediocre service. The one service person checking us in stated, “ ya know we are busy and have no staff cuz of the weekend and too much partying, people not showing up”. Unprofessional and seemed inexperienced in the customer service area.
Juan was very professional and courteous during my service. Kept me informed and up to date on all that was being done to my car.

Andy was great. He met me outside when I first got there and got me a ride home. Called me after work was done and waited for me until I got back to pick up my SUV. He was great.
