I was scheduled with Philip, he was not there, was told the vehicle was ready and the invoice was in the ready pile when I called even though I had not agreed to the suggested service, then was called to tell me what was wrong and agreed to the service. Dave was fine but was not told about the transmission service which I told them on the phone when making the appointment and I reiterated again when dropping it off. Honestly I'm questioning if everything was actually done to my truck that was supposed to be.
