My service experience was hassle free and took less time than expected.
I was very disappointed on how horrible the communication was on getting status updates on my vehicle, I was the one who had to continuously call for updates. It was an inconvenient to me being without a car and asking the service advisor for updates and answers. I was told I would get an answer regarding a rental and I had non. I didn't know for how long my vehicle was staying like I mention I was the one who had to call. I would call over and over again just to try to get an answer but just got the runs around regarding my vehicle. Due to the service advisor being off or not communicating. But I must say that the receptionist who answered my call today was exceptional she actually followed through and return my call to see if there where updates regarding my car. She is the one that made me feel comfortable and confident that I would soon have a response. She deserves an applause she made my day.
Everything was great. Philip answered all of my questions and made sure there were no issues

Appointment was at 2 pm, my car was not checked in until 4:30 pm. I did not leave the location until 6pm just for my car to not be fixed because they did not know the issue with it.
My car was serviced in a timely manner, and was washed very good. Especially the tires, they were very dirty Thankyou
I told them if they can put air in my tires and they dint do that
the wait was almost four hours idk why you guys do appointments if you have to wait that long on top of that my car was ready and I had to ask never reached out to knowing I was in the waiting room never had this problem before

Sat at the window watched the guy do the inspection and oil change but after oil change he thought he was done. I had to tell him to do the rotation on the tires. To be honest he did like 6 different cars and never once rotated the tires.
