I first want to commend the customer Rep who greeted me at 8:15am very helpful Courteous and gave me great maintenance Info. Because Herman Rivas was delayed To speak with me. When I seen Herman Rivas 85 minutes later he greeted me and said my car Would be complete in a few minutes and it was Thank you to both employees
