Nothing was done on the car. I took it back exactly the same it came in; not even the diagnostics that I came in for was really accomplished, for no information/reasons were given as to why car won't start. Rather, I was asked for additional $495 to continue the scan/diagnostics. When I asked if paying that amount will culminate in my car running, I was told no, but that it will part of the cost to get it repaired. Therefore, I am unsatisfied with this ”cost-running" repair approach. I wish you can get this car back and fulfill your obligation as a reputable Nissan Dealership. Thank you.
