Nothing was done on the car. I took it back exactly the same it came in; not even the diagnostics that I came in for was really accomplished, for no information/reasons were given as to why car won't start. Rather, I was asked for additional $495 to continue the scan/diagnostics. When I asked if paying that amount will culminate in my car running, I was told no, but that it will part of the cost to get it repaired. Therefore, I am unsatisfied with this ”cost-running" repair approach. I wish you can get this car back and fulfill your obligation as a reputable Nissan Dealership. Thank you.

I'll say my comment when I'm contacted. Many years my car was serviced at Fontana Nissan. Herman was serving me for years and was good. But this time the service man was getting easily impatient to answer my valid and valuable questions.
