The service on the car was done but it took longer than estimated. I did not mind waiting the extra days but I had to keep calling for updates. Took 6 days instead of 2 or 3. Betterw communication would have been nice.

I saw a significant improvement or maybe the day and time of services where during mid week was at its lowest. Nonetheless, it caught me by a little surprise of waiting for my vehicle to complete the oil change service. It normally took hours of waiting. Today, it was about half of the time which was a surprise. It was a good surprise.

I bought my Altima to Fontana Nissan to have a oil and transmission change I was immediately approached by their agent who told me that they were also advised they where also going to check on two recalls one for a hood latch and the other for my headlights. Later that day my agent called back and told me they had ordered the parts and inform me when the car would complete that job. I didn’t even have to ask for that and they complete and formal free inspection. Fontana Nissan has the best people working for them.
