Took my Frontier 8-18-22 for complete check up since my warranty expires in a week, 8-19-22 called me truck ready needed new battery, go pick up truck, oil hadn’t been changed , my appointment for oil change was for 8-19-22 Had to leave truck longer that day for oil change, someone didn’t it two and two together

I never got my truck serviced, I had 11am appt and I asked how long a service takes and was told I wasn’t at jiffy lube, I had another appt at 2pm so I asked to have my truck back so I could leave, not a very happy customer! Awful experience
