Juan was beyond helpful. He explained the work process well. He was able to explain the recalls and why these needed to get done. Polite, professional and over all, a great young man. I actually visited the Fontana Dealer because I had lost any and all confidence in the Ontario Nissan. So I definitely would go back to the Fontana Nissan.
