So I believe the problem with the airbag was fixed and everything so that was fine everything looks good it’s just now I’m having problems with some of the sensors and then some the blinkers are actually making noise so that I don’t know if some of the wires didn’t put back in but like the sensors are beeping when I am when I’m close to something or something I don’t know if it’s something that I have to move but I didn’t have to move it prior to that so I’m not 100% sure what to do with it but I know that that’s not right
The service was great and done on time I recommend it to everyone especially I had bad experience with other Nissan service

Wrong part arrived on an overnight fix. Waiting for correct part to make a new appointment. Everyone was nice and aploagenic but the inconvenience was unnessary due to wrong part delivered. ????

The associate Frank left a bad taste in my mouth. He greeted me, no problem. He quoted me $99.00 - i told i have a coupon and the first thing that came out of his mouth was “ let me see it May be expired” Why would I bring an expired coupon. The coupon stated that an oil change for $39.99 and it also said that it will be $20.00 more for synthetic oil. So in my mind I was expecting $59.99. When it was time to pick up my car I ask Frank if he applied the coupon- his attitude was very defensive and proceeded to shoveling his paper and he said that the was the total due and stated that there was a charge for $29.99 for tire rotation. The tire rotation charge was not explained to me before providing service. One of his comments was “you can take your car anywhere you want” this comment was not necessary. I don’t mind paying when I clearly understand what I’m paying for. I was expecting to pay $59.99 plus taxes. Frank was very defensive from the minute I brought the coupon to when I pick up my car. “This was my experience, not a pleasant experience. I hope that by me sharing my experience, help other customers have a better experience. Thank you for your time.
Appointment was on time. Everything completed as requested.
Im glad that Andy helped me write down the yellow light problem.. Then they fixed good job.. So they took care of my car ..So the dealerships were wonderful job from the parts service.,
