Although not greeted and had to wait to be acknowledged service was better than last visit.
Vincent was great, but I'm still upset and leery because I've brought the car in 4 times already for the same thing. He was the best part and really tried to put me at ease, but I really hope I don't end up coming in again for the same thing.
Better customer service. I was not greeted by a service agent ... had to wait a while to be acknowledged to be helped when I walked in. When I picked up my car the same thing. Waited, my car was not ready. It was cold and rainy outside so I guess that’s why they did not walked me to my car to take of the service number sign on top of my car. I had to walk it back into the office. I guess it was to cold for my service rep to do there job correctly!
Lily communicated with me along the way and ensured the best possible outcome of my auto repair. She’s great.

The service was very bad no one would call me to update me on my car, and my car was there almost 30 days. I was never offered a rental car only when i mentioned it did they give me one. The service was so bad that I had to call corporate.
Svc tech Dave excellent, however I had an appt so y did it take almost 2 hrs, and I had to cancel car wash, or it would have been over 2 hrs, unacceptable... u mgmt need to get your game on
She was very professional and nice .She informed us of the additional services needed on our vehicle and had a pleasant smile on her face !Keep up the great service Lilly ????

I waited 20 minutes, for some one to come to the car and get the info, but nobody did. I walk to their desk where 3 rep were sitting, I was not greedy, at the end they give me attitude for having a coupon and no mentioned at the front desks. So not it was not a good experience, last time I'll be there!

Waited over 2 hours. Did not receive update on my service. I had to go ask for service update couple times. Just to see my car get pulled in after 2 hours and quick, 15 min service. I just hope all the services they said was done was done. Received a apology that they were so busy that there was delay of 2 hours but all the people that I checkers in at same time was all long gone.
This is not the first time. I am not satisfied with services that I received.
Sorry to say, I don’t think I’ll be returning for services.
