I came to Fontana Nissan in the hopes of finding an answer to why my windshield wipers are not working properly. I was told that the diagnosis would cost $75, which I gladly agreed to. I made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes earlier. By 3:30 pm, I hadn’t heard back from he service department. So I called back and was told that the mechanic couldn’t diagnose the problem and needed another $350 to diagnose the problem. The issue I have is the following: 1-why Was I given an appointment time at 8:30 am if by 3:30 I hadn’t heard back from your service department? 2-i understand that sometimes problems need longer time for diagnosis, but in that case, I should have been quoted an hourly rate and not a $350 since the problem could be fixed earlier 3-the mutual agreement is $75 for a diagnosis. If the mechanic fails to make the diagnosis, then, I should not be charged that amount. 4-i was promised a free wheel alignment but was not given the alignment. No remarks were even done as to whether the car was checked if it needed an alignment or not. Thanks, Dany

Mr. Mendez was excellent courteous and professional gave detailed information about what was going wrong with my vehicle and helpful hintsgave me an estimated price of what it would cost to repair or service my vehicle and it was exactly the amount that was given thank you mr. Mendez for all your help I will certainly return back to Fontana Nissan

Lilly was amazing . I had missed my appointment and had something for later time that day . It was my first time dropping the car off without my dad , and she went over everything step by step . Inform me of the shuttle to my house . Her smile and personality I will be back to trade in the car .
