I am very pleased with my Nissan and usually am happy with the service for an oil change. However this recent experience wasn’t the greatest. I was told by Melendez that the wait was supposed to be an hour and 15 minutes. I confirmed and the time and started waiting. However the wait was about 2 hours long! It was very frustrating. I wish I was told that the service would take longer than expected, rather than waiting an extra 45-60 mins for my car.

After having the car for almost 2 months, I have a list of concerns that need to be addressed. One of the most frustration is the interior light issue, it was not fixed by replacing the radio. Did nobody actually test it after installing it? Plus the insurance was charged for this item that apparently is not the issue.

Oil change and tires rotated. They cleared the oil numbers to reset but not for the tires. The sensors they did not reset to clear. Thank you for revisit due to no service the first time I went. Thanks David and Nikki

We have been bringing our car here for over 10 years This time there could’ve been some improvement on giving information on my . vehicle . “ Here are your key sir have a great day “ that’s all he said. At the same time the cars were coming in you guys were getting busy . I understand i used to be a service writer/ technician for Walmart- So I know how it Can be But on the good side he was very polite . Thank you See you in 3000 Miles

I had to make calls to get updates on my car. Many times I was told I I would receive a call back at a certain time but never received calls. Also the carpet replacement on my car was poorly done. I will never take my car to that dealership for any service ever again.

The manager and Vince are great, but after getting my car back today (after its been in the shop 5 times) it smells like something's burning inside and I'm going to have to call them back AGAIN tomorrow. I'm so frustrated!

Missing tag on the window to show when oil service is due. Engine top cover dirty with oil marks, Same as inside the cabin by driver window, dip stick show Oil level below the center L. H. I will talk to Lily tomorrow.
