To the management team of Fontana Nissan, I wanted to take a minute of your day to let you know how my experiences with Fontana Nissan have been, but before I do let me take a minute to introduce myself. I am nobody and my car is nothing special. But all that changes the moment I drive on to your facility. From that moment until I leave the facility, I'm treated as a king returning to his castle. All of a sudden I am someone, and my car is special. I have mainly dealt with Herman has my service advisor and he has set a high bar on how I judge other service providers that I may encounter throughout my day. I appreciate that he listens to the concerns I have for my vehicle and how he handles the entire in boarding process. I know a lot of that has to do with the high quality individual that Herman is, but I also know that his Stellar service would not be possible unless he worked in an environment that fostered such great service.
