The person who tended to changing my right rear tire overinflated the new tire to 41 psi and I’d requested 32 psi to match the others. Also he neglected to put a cap on the valve stem and didn’t bother to clean off the residue from the soap and water used to help mount the tire. Everything else was fine and I enjoyed working with Herman. I’ve always been very pleased with the service department and recommended it to others. I’m slightly disappointed I can’t give you the usual perfect marks I have in the past.
