Everyone was very friendly. However, after receiving daily phone calls from the dealership after I called them weeks prior to ask a question, I was specifically told over the phone that there was no pressure to buy and that I could go just to look. After some time with the sales rep and deciding to go over my credit check and pricing options for a particular vehicle, I realized there was no way I would make it in time for my job if I bought that day and asked if I could come back tomorrow for the paperwork. My answer was them asking if I could ask my job if I could be late and that they were going to go through the paperwork at rapid speed for me to help me out. I didn't feel comfortable complaining because it sounded like they were doing me a favor by rushing it and declining my request to come back the next day. This resulted in me signing without reading and I ended up signing something that was not my understanding of what I was told verbally earlier. I came back in person the next day to bring this up, but the answer I got was to be handed another copy of the paperwork I signed, which was the point of my question and I was already holding said papers for my concern. I just feel like this could have been avoided if my request to come back the next morning to properly fill out the paperwork and clarify what I was signing was granted. I'm not sure why that was so much to ask, since I was told over the phone to feel comfortable coming by to just look.
