I enjoyed the service I received from Herman Rivas. He checked me in kindly and quickly when he finally had the chance to do so. This was my first ever Saturday service at your dealership, and I was disappointed with the length of time I had to wait to get checked in, especially since my appointment was made over 4 months ago. I arrived at around 8:15 am and wasn’t checked in until almost 9 am. I realize you guys are very busy. In fact, I’m glad you are because it means you’ll be able to service my vehicle for years to come. I just wonder if there’s any way to stagger the appointment times better to avoid the long wait queues to check in. You could maybe have an option on the website allowing the type of service to be selected and then limit the amount of appointments per hour or something. Other than that, I loved your waiting area popcorn, donuts and coffee machine! ???? Your facility is very clean and bright as well.

Herman constantly kept me updated on the status of the car and went far and beyond to help us. I owe him big time!
