Worst service I have ever experienced!!!! Waited 3 hours just for an oil change! And I didnt even get a car wash or vacuum.

Alex did not follow through on the service I requested. He call and stated my car was ready, when indeed I came to pick up my car and the hub cap was not placed on my tire after I paid for the tire rotation. The windows in my car was not clean as he stated they washed the car. Alex told me they don’t clean the inside of the car. After I ask to speak to Mr. Bachman he change his story. I witnessed Alex frowning and making unprofessional faces when one of the other employees shared my concerns.
I had to wait until they took my car back again to put my hub cap on and for them to clean the windows in my car. I chose to come to Nissan because of the excellent service I have always received and hopefully Nissan will continue to provide excellent service during my future visits.

I called Fontana Nissan today to make an appointment for an oil change. I got there and still waited it for over three hours. That was a long time. I think you need to do a better job on getting your customers out of there in a timely manner.

When I purchased the truck I was told I would receive three free oil changes, only received two. When I told Juan about it he didn’t even try to listen. I left it at that, I paid for the service. I parked my truck on my drive way for a couple of minutes and I noticed my truck was leaking oil. I returned to have the truck checked and the serves was terrible. They employees were completely rude and the manager didn’t understand how much it was an inconvenience for me. Just terrible service overall and now I have a stained drive way!!
