I really felt good about the service I received.
When I arrived I spoke with the service technician and told him that I had an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I told him that I was there for an oil change. The technician told me that they were backed up. He also told me that it would take a while. I also told the technician that I would be waiting at the dealership. The oil change took four hours. So, due to the fact that it took four hours to do an oil change and also that I had to wait four hours for the service to be done, I was not very pleased or satisfied. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if your vehicle is not going to be tended to in a timely manner?

I appreciated the speed of his service and overall kindness. I don’t need much and I was very happy with the accuracy of my car being completed and the wash it recieved.

I call and made an appointment, for my service visit. I arrived at 0715 hours. Upon my arrival there were others waiting in line. I went inside to inform staff I was here for my appointment. I was informed by Juan Melendez that they process the cars that arrive first. Which was ok, I informed just informing them of the appointment. I went back too my car and waited. All cars were processed, and I was still waiting. After about 15 minutes I had too return for someone to help me.
The service with my car was completed. I will not be making any future visits.
It’s seemed as if I was being made to Waite longer after my visit inside.
