Dave was very helpful and attentive. My only comment would be through the texting system keep your customer informed if the vehicle is going to be kept overnight or significantly longer than the estimated repair time.

I dropped my car off at 10am on Saturday. It’s now Sunday. I have to work tomorrow. Nobody called me Saturday to let me know what is going on with my car and I have to work tomorrow.
