I had an appointment at 10;00 and I waited 1 hour to for an adviser to see me, it actually never happened I walk in and ask for a supervisor to talk to. It was until then that I was help. I am Very disappointed.
Although pretty crowded, the service was great and efficient
Service was done in a safe and fast manner, and the staff was very friendly.
Took about 5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment at 11. Dropped off the car, came back in about 3 to see what was taking so long and they were barely taking my car back. Waited another 30-45 minutes for my car.
Check in was fast and simple. I really liked payment via text.
I knew that ther service would take a while but Alyssa came up to me and made me feel welcome offered me water so I waited and they would come check up on their customers to see how everything is going and give them updates on their vehicles all in all I am totally satisfied Timothy is a great worker in the service department
Herman was amazing from me stopping by to get a quote to making an appointment and getting my car repaired in a timely manner. A+ As a new Nissan owner I will continue to bring my car to Fontana Nissan, great first impressions.

Concerned advisor not mask was coughing and several other employees no mask no social distancing. Had I known I would have had my car service else where. No problem with the car service. Other Nissan dealerships strickley enforcing social distancing.
