I think if you guys provide gloves for your employees while they drive and touch the drive wheel of customers cars is better. If you provide paper sanitizer in the front like grocery stores is better.

When I sent my grandson to pick up the car the associate was extremely rude. He spoke to him as if he was a child ! He asked the amount that would be deducted from his credit card. I will look on the invoice and see the possible person’s name when I call the dealership on this coming Monday. The repairs were done on this past Fri/Sat. Dissatisfied customer, Melanie R. Thank you Herman for your awesome customer service I truly appreciate it. Fontana Nissan is awesome. I've never ever had a problem, customer service is amazing and always friendly. I moved to yucca valley,ca a year ago and still wont take my car anywhere else to be serviced,I make the drive. It's well worth the trusted service.

All papework show you open at 7 am and we have to wait until 8 am. A few guys go towards the front of the line and your personnel never enforce the line. I agree if you have appointments but still follow the paperwork scheadule or change the paperwork..
