Lily always does a great job as a service agent making sure my Nissan Frontier truck always gets the proper service maintenance. She listens to what I need for my vehicle and makes sure I pay the correct price for the correct service maintenance.
Today was a great example. I told her what service my vehicle needed and I got a great price for my vehicle maintenance.
I never have any issues or problems when Lily is my service agent. I want to give her a rating of 10, with ten being the highest rating and excellence.

I have a dashboard cam on my rear view mirror. The mirror was completely out of place and the wire unplugged. I understand not having the video going. Then just unplug the camera. Do not touch my mirror

I wanna oil change n I was told 2 hrs wait, I waited 3:45 hrs wait they should at least let me know after 2 hrs wait, I was late to my bank n other plans I had, all customer service employees looks like they’re stress n no smiles or friendly act at least n this was a real experience today, hope something can be done Thanks
